Neebee helps visitors connect with physical places and events. This notice explains the information used to provide that experience.

Information you provide

We may receive your name, email address, optional phone number, account type, host waitlist information, event access requests, and check-in information when you create an account or interact with an event.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate your account, review and communicate about hosting requests, complete check-ins, send access requests to hosts, maintain attendance records, operate the service, prevent misuse, and provide support.

Event hosts

When you interact with an event, its host may see the details needed to manage the guest list and attendance. Only share information you are comfortable providing to that host.

Service providers

Neebee uses service providers to operate authentication, data storage, and website infrastructure. They process information on our behalf according to their service terms and security controls.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by emailing [email protected]. Some event records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or host recordkeeping.
